Absolutely. Olive oil can solidify or appear cloudy in cold temperatures, especially during transit in colder climates. This doesn’t harm its quality or taste. Simply let it sit at room temperature, and it will return to its normal consistency.

We typically offer our unfiltered olive oil shortly for pre order before the harvest and pressing season, usually in October. Unfiltered olive oil is available only during the actual harvest time as it must be fresh and cannot be best if consumed shortly after
